AIDA 1 - Introduction to Freediving
This course is designed to be an introduction to freediving for complete beginners.
Prerequisites: 18+ (16-17 with consent), swim 100m, AIDA medical form
AIDA 2 Freediver
Beginner course covering the necessary skills and knowledge to safely freedive.
Prerequisites: 18+ (16-17 with consent), 200m swim, AIDA medical form
AIDA 3 - Advanced Freediver
Course to further develop skills from previous levels, new skills, and higher knowledge of safety procedures.
Prerequisites: 18+ (16-17 with consent), AIDA medical form, AIDA 2 or equivalent

Prices and pickup
For snorkelling trips around Ayia Napa and Protaras, the final price depends on your pickup location, group size, vehicles and equipment needed. Longer pickup or return journeys and detours may cost extra. Tell us where you are staying; we will confirm the total and any extra transport costs before you commit.
